Deposit is 75% Refundable should you decide not to proceed, and your materials will be returned, tracked and insured.
Deposit is Non-Refundable once production has begun.

*A note about kits: They take time to get to you and back, therefore, if we are working with a deadline under four weeks, we may need to skip the kit and just have you ship your materials. We can still provide you with a prepaid USPS label to use.
