Vintage Letters - Scanning Project Deposit

• Includes Kit with protective materials and prepaid label to send us your letters, tracked and insured.
  
• You will receive notification with tracking when your kit ships, typically within 24-48 hours
• Upon receipt of your letters, we will assess your materials and provide a Good Faith Estimate for the entire project
• Deposit will be applied toward your Final Project Total
• Deposit is 75% Refundable should you decide not to proceed, and your letters will be returned, tracked and insured.
• Deposit is Non-Refundable once scanning has begun

ALL CUSTOM/VINTAGE LETTER BOOKS INCLUDE: 

1. Your choice of six colors for the hardcover with coordinating foil for the print
2. Two lines of foil print on the cover in choice of font styles
3. Title of the book on the spine
4. Custom Title page with photo
5. Supervision and oversight of your project by the owners
   
6. Kit and prepaid label to send us your letters via USPS Ground, tracked and insured
7. Opening of your letters if they are in envelopes or binders
8. Staple removal, fold back dog ears & creases, simple repairs as needed
9. Two envelopes, preferably one at the beginning and one at the end, to establish the characters and story arc: who, when, where.
