You may request a refund of your order within 30 days of purchase if we have not yet received your papers. Please email robyn@4everBound.com for a full refund.
Refunds after your papers are received
Your 4everBound book is a custom made item and is therefore not returnable/refundable after we have received your papers and bound your book. We guarantee our books to be free from any binding defects or personalization mistakes. We take great care in making your book and everything is done by hand, in-house. In the rare event that we make a mistake or you experience any loosened binding as a result of normal wear and tear, please contact us immediately so we can repair it for you. We will provide you with instructions and a paid return label for you to return the book to us.
