Packages are good-faith estimates based on typical collections, but every project is unique — a collection of 50 letters might yield 250 pages, while 200 short letters might come to 400. Your final price is determined by two things: the total scanning and editing time your collection requires, and the final printed page count of your book.
We won't know either number precisely until we've handled your materials, which is why we send a firm quote with your proof — showing the actual scanning and editing charges plus the book cost if it exceeds 60 pages — before you commit to printing. Please note: scanning and editing charges apply once that service is completed.

Your deposit covers the first two hours of scanning and editing plus one printed book up to 60 pages. It also allows us to send out your kit and gives you priority seating in our production schedule.
If your collection needs more time or more pages, the additional rates are simple.
The larger your collection, the lower the cost per page. Blank pages are never counted or charged. Want copies for siblings or grandchildren? Additional copies are the full book price without the scanning charge — no repeat scanning. Your firm quote will include pricing for extra copies.

Free ground shipping when all books ship to a single address (USPS or FedEx Ground). Expedited shipping is available and quoted once we know the number of books and your preferred carrier.
For guaranteed Christmas delivery, we need your deposit secured by September 15 and your materials in house before Thanksgiving. After those dates, we may still be able to fit your project in, but rush fees and expedited shipping may be needed.
2026 Christmas orders are completed and shipped by December 12 to avoid expedited shipping rates.
