We will bind your child’s ORIGINAL art and schoolwork into a custom, hardcover book. Not photos or scans, but the actual pieces you’ve saved, even larger sizes or odd shapes.

The process is simple and safe, and takes just a few weeks once we get your papers.
Choose a 30, 60, or 90 page book of schoolwork and artwork. Includes a 4everBound Kit to organize and ship your papers back to us
We send you everything you need to send your papers back to us safely, including a prepaid label with tracking. No extra charge for the kit!
After you send your papers back, visit the online design portal to choose your book color, fonts, book title, and add any extra touches, like spine printing.
Everything is done in house by hand, from preparing your papers, to binding your book. Then we ship it back to you, tracked and insured. The average turnaround for one book is 2 weeks.

Parents prefer to keep the original, especially handprints, pieces with texture, or anything meant to open and close, like a special card for mom or dad. You can also include milestones that aren’t meant to be a photo, like stories, certificates, and report cards. Keeping the original is always valued above all other options.

Do you bind copies or originals in a 4everBound book?
Binding the ORIGINAL papers you send us is our speciality. It's what makes us completely unique to any other preservation service out there. The appeal of our product is we bind the original artwork, schoolwork, certificates, etc.
That doesn't mean we cannot make copies for you if you want, such as to make duplicate books for other family members. We offer scanning and printing service as well, for an additional fee. Please see Scanning and Printing for those prices.
What about oversized pages?
Our books accommodate pages up to 8.5 x 11. If your pages are larger than that, we have a variety of things we can do to fit it into the book.
Here are the services for oversized pages that are included with your book.
9x12 pages will be trimmed down to fit. We trim each one by hand, looking at it to determine the best place to trim. IF trimming would cause you to lose precious and important parts of the art piece, we can also fold it if it's not too thick to fold. However, our goal is to trim, because folding increases the thickness of your book.
Over 9x12 up to 11 x 17 will be trimmed and folded as needed, but we are limited to the number of pieces we can fold, because folding increases the thickness of the book.
Sentiment 30 page book: includes 5 pages folded
Keepsake 60 page book: includes 10 pages folded
Chronicle 90 page book: includes 15 pages folded
Remember, the pages must be foldable!
What if something I send won’t bind well in the book?
If we determine that a certain page won’t bind well in the book, because in our judgment it’s too delicate and we’re concerned it might tear, or it has macaroni glued to it, or there are jewels glued in the binding area, we will pull that page out and return it to you with your finished book. If you’re not sure, just go ahead and send it, but put a sticky note on it where we can see it. If we can bind it, we will. If not, we’ll return it with your book.
How do you ship the finished book back to me?
We ship using extremely reliable USPS Priority shipping with tracking and insurance, with a pre-printed address label with tracking barcodes. You will be notified via email when your package ships, when it’s out for delivery, and when it has been delivered. You’ll know exactly where it is every step of the way.
