Plan Ahead for the Holidays
For guaranteed Christmas delivery, deposit must be paid and your materials received before Thanksgiving. After Thanksgiving, we may still be able to take your project on, but we may require additional production or expedited shipping fees to get your project completed in time to ship.
All Christmas orders are completed and shipped by December 12, 2026 to avoid expedited shipping rates.

We mail you a sturdy box and a prepaid, tracked return label. If you’re sending digital files, you’ll get a secure upload link instead.
Pack your letters, cards, photos, or documents in the kit and mail them back. Fragile and damaged items are welcome — tell us and we’ll handle them with extra care.
We sort, prepare, scan or bind, and assemble your book by hand. Your originals come back to you with the finished book, tracked and insured.

Are my originals safe?
Yes. Your kit includes a prepaid, tracked USPS label, and we insure the package both ways. Every item is handled one piece at a time in our Tucson studio. Your originals are returned to you with your finished book.
What if something can't be scanned or bound?
Items that are too thick, fragile, or oddly shaped to scan are photographed instead and printed as a page. Nothing is left out without talking to you first.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size and complexity of the project. Most custom books ship within 30 to 60 days of receiving your materials and approving your proof. Projects needed in under four weeks can often be done — mention your deadline in your order notes.
Do I pay everything up front?
No. You pay a deposit when you order. The deposit covers the package described on this page and is credited toward your final total. Studio time beyond what's included, printing, and extra copies are quoted once we know your page count.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. International customers pay shipping for the kit and for the finished book. Email info@4everbound.com before ordering and we'll quote it.
Can I get my book before Christmas?
For guaranteed Christmas delivery, your deposit must be paid and your materials in our hands before Thanksgiving. All Christmas orders ship by December 12.
