• 30 pages that will fit a ½ inch thick book
• 60 pages that will fit a 1 inch thick book
• 90 pages that will fit a 1.5 inch thick book
• The maximum we can fit into a single book is 1.5 inches of paper, regardless of page count. The page count we offer is a good guide, but not all paper is the same thickness. Artwork from younger years like preschool and kindergarten tends to have more volume from glue and paint, which makes the paper wavy and the book thicker. We will do everything we can to fit what you send, but if you’re at 80 pages and the pile is 2” thick, we cannot fit it all.

• Our page count is a good guide.  Much like purchasing clothing, it’s not an exact science. Our thickest book, the Chronicle, holds a maximum of 1.5 inches of paper, regardless of page count.
• If you already know you have a lot of artwork and school papers, please purchase the Chronicle.
• If you have a lot of small or odd shaped things that need to be mounted, please purchase the Chronicle.
• If you have more than 5 or 10 large items that need to be folded, please purchase the Chronicle.

• Your prepaid label is good for one year from the date of your order. After one year, you can still send in your papers, but you will need to provide your own postage.
• If you order multiple books, we will ship you a larger kit box to accommodate the number of books you have ordered. If, after you receive your kit, you discover you need to add more books, that is an easy adjustment, just let us know. Your papers need to fit into the bags we provide you without overstuffing them. If you overstuff the bags, we will not be able to fit everything in your book(s).
• Please review THINGS WE CAN and CANNOT BIND so you’re not sending things we cannot bind.  

• Select your book color and foil color for the text on the cover.
• Type in your book title. We include up to two lines of printing.
•  Add extra touches like an upgraded font, spine printing, cute logo, or personality silhouette.
• We also have some items you can add to the interior of your book, such as a pocket or a clear sleeve to hold things you may want to add later.
• You will receive an emailed invoice for any optional upgrades you add to your book, such as spine printing.  You can easily pay this securely online.

• Your package ships to us with tracking, via United States Postal Service.
• We will notify you via email when your papers arrive.
• We receive thousands of packages a year and none have ever been lost.
• Our receiving area is secure and monitored.
• Your prepaid label is good for one year. After one year, you can still send your papers, but you will need to provide your own postage.

• We trim all 9x12 papers to 8.5 x 11, trying to avoid anything significant
• We trim and/then fold the oversized pieces larger than 9x12
• Each fold increases the volume of your book, so there is a limit:
  • 5 pages larger than 9x12 for the 30 page Sentiment book.
  • 10 pages larger than 9x12 for the 60 page Keepsake book.
  • 15 pages larger than 9x12 for the 90 page Chronicle book.
• We mount or otherwise prepare smaller and odd shaped pieces.
• We try to use the blank backs of your other papers to mount things.
• Smaller and odd shaped items ultimately count toward your page total, as they increase the thickness of your book.  If we can fit two or three smaller pieces on the back of another sheets, we will do that.

• We do everything we can to fit what you send. 
• Anything we cannot bind we will return to you if it will fit into your box.  If additional postage is needed for returns, we will let you know.
• If your paper pile is more than 1.5 inches thick, we will contact you to see if you want to add another book or if you prefer we remove some things. 
• We ship back your finished book tracked and insured within 2-4 weeks
