CRITICAL DEADLINES for CHRISTMAS DELIVERY

• ON OR BEFORE DEC 1:  Materials received by December 1 will be finished and shipped by December 19, or earlier if we are able.  You will be provided shipping options and pricing depending on your needs.
• AFTER DECEMBER 1:  Regardless of when you purchase, materials received after December 1 are not guaranteed to be finished for Christmas.  It's possible, but it depends on our production schedule and the scope of your project. These projects are custom and take time to prepare, edit, print, and bind. 
  

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER:  We guarantee to meet our promised deadline to finish and ship by the 19th, assuming we received your materials in time.  We are not responsible for events outside of our control once the package leaves our possession, such as weather or delays.  We are also not responsible for theft or wrong delivery.  If you live in an area prone to porch pirates or frequent delivery to wrong address, we strongly recommend adding Signature Required.
